What materials are used in Springbreak Watches?
Our watches are crafted using premium materials, including sustainable wood, high-quality stainless steel, and genuine leather straps, all powered by precision Japanese quartz movements.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 10-15 business days depending on the destination.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches are splash-resistant (3ATM), meaning they can handle rain and hand washing. However, they should not be submerged in water or worn while swimming or showering.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every Springbreak watch comes with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the movement, dial, and hands.
Can I adjust the size of my wood watch band?
Absolutely. Our wood link bands are adjustable. Each watch comes with a resizing tool and instructions, or you can take it to any local jeweler for a quick adjustment.
