At Springbreak Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not in love with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully place the watch in its original display box and protective sleeve to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download the prepaid shipping label provided via email, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
